1) What is Sling TV?

Sling TV is a new way to watch live TV. It provides access live sports, current-season shows, breaking news and more – for one flat price of $25/mo. There are no annual contracts or set up fees, and nothing to install beyond downloading the Sling app on a TV or favorite device. New customers need an email address and credit card to sign up and they can start watching right away. You can cancel online at any time.

2) How Does it work? 

Sling TV requires a Roku device, Cross Internet service, and a TV to provide access to the service. Additionally, Sling TV also works on a variety of compatible devices.

3) How Do I Sign Up?

  • Sign up with your email address and credit card.
  • Select your Channels.
  • Download the Sling TV app.
  • Sign in, watch instantly, and enjoy.

4) Can Sling TV be watched on multiple devices at the same time?

The Best of Live TV package (26 channels/$25 package) can only be enjoyed one stream at time. Any extras you add to your Best of Live single stream service will be included in the single stream. HBO® is available as an extra, and customers who add that will be able to watch HBO® content on up to three devices simultaneously.

5) How is Sling TV billed?

We are offering a 7 Day Free trial to new customers upon account activation. One per customer. Must provide email address and credit card. After the free trial credit card will be charged monthly for applicable subscription until you cancel service.

6) How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime on Sling.com or by calling 1 (877) 811-4788. Programming fees are charged monthly in advance and no credits or refunds will be issued for partial or prepaid months after cancellation.
