Get business moving! Download the app below for your device so you can being using your Smart Office Connect Mobile Client (if subscribed). Smart Office Connect for Mobile is available for Apple and Android devices.
**New App was released 12/1/2022. If you do not have Smart Office Connect on your device you will need to download it and delete any older applications.

Updating Your Applications

You will need to know your username and password to sign into the new Smart Office Connect app on either mobile or desktop. If you know your username and pasword you can skip these steps and move on to either the "Desktop Installation" or "Mobile Installation" section.

Locate Your Username
Your username and password were provided to you by your administrator. If you have used the Smart Office client previously, go to your client and find your Username here:

Reset Your Password

If you don’t know your password, you can change it in the End User Portal.
Go to https://eup.kandy.io/, enter your username, hit "Next" then select “Forgot Your Password”.  

Note: If you enter the wrong password 3 or more times, you will be locked out of your account. If this occurs, you will need to contact your administrator for a password reset. To avoid this, we strongly recommend going directly to “Forgot Your Password” once you have attempted and failed twice to enter the password correctly.

Desktop Installation

In order to use the new client, you will need to remove the Smart Office client from your desktop before the new client can be installed.  If you need assistance uninstalling the old client, please ask your IT Support Team for assistance.

After Smart Office has been removed, follow these steps to install Smart Office Connect:
1.    Access the End User Portal and go to “Service Settings/Clients”.
2.    Download the appropriate desktop client – Mac or PC.
3.    After the client is installed, enter your username@domain.com and password.
4.    Once complete, a green circle will display at the bottom left of the app indicating that you are connected.  If you have a red circle (error) or gray circle (unregistered), you are not connected.

o    If a red circle is indicated, first check to be sure that your username and password are accurate.  Confirm this by logging in to the End User Portal (EUP) noted above. If you cannot get in the EUP, select “Forgot Password”. Once your password has been changed, come back to the Smart Office Connect app and go to the Cog Wheel. From there, select “Account Settings” and update your username and password. 
o    If a gray circle is indicated, please check to make sure you do not have any firewall restrictions.
o    If you still have issues after following these suggestions, please contact your Technical Assistance Center. 


Mobile Installation

Start by uninstalling the old Smart Office for Mobile client from your device:
1.    Find the app and press on it until a menu of choices pops up.
2.    From that menu, select either “remove app”, "delete app" or “uninstall”. Be sure the app is completely uninstalled from your device and not just removed from your screen.

Next, install the new Smart Office Connect:
1.    Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search for Smart Office Connect, or use the links above.
2.    Download the app.
3.    Enter your username@domain.com and password to use the new client.

The new and improved mobile and desktop clients have better user interfaces and additional functionalities. As of December 30, 2022 all mobile and desktop clients will need to be on the new software applicattion.
